From inside the app

This is the best way to reach us. Messages sent from the app arrive with your device and account details already attached, so we can check your purchase straight away instead of asking you to dig out order numbers and screenshots.

Open Settings in the app and tap Customer Support. On older builds, it may be called Help Centre.
